Aqua Professional Services is a full-service exterior cleaning company serving homes and businesses throughout Southern California. We specialize in artificial turf cleaning and also provide pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, concrete and paver cleaning, wood cleaning, fleet washing, and RV washing and detailing.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day
- Clean and restore artificial turf, including deodorizing, sanitizing, and lifting matted fibers.
- Perform pressure washing and soft washing on driveways, walkways, patios, pavers, decks, and building exteriors.
- Clean windows, screens, and tracks to a streak-free finish.
- Wash fleet vehicles, trucks, trailers, and RVs, including interior detailing when scheduled.
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment safely, including pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, and water tanks.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Protect landscaping, fixtures, and surrounding surfaces before and during every job.
- Complete before-and-after photos and job notes for every property.
- Communicate professionally with customers on site and answer basic service questions.
- Load, unload, and inspect trucks and equipment at the start and end of each shift.
- Keep vehicles, trailers, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time or part-time schedule.
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with pride in producing visible, high-quality results.
- Professional appearance and courteous communication with customers.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our shop.
- Prior pressure washing, detailing, landscaping, or trades experience is a plus — but not required.
- Willingness to learn our systems and follow safety procedures exactly.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior exterior cleaning certifications required — all technical training is provided.

- Must pass a pre-employment background check and driving record review.
- Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays based on customer schedules.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, job notes, and photos.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
